Elis returns from yet another big day for Welsh Football and gets a bit emotional. It's a big week for John too as he prepares to appear on TVs Mock the Week. All this plus Humble Brag Of The Week, Winner Plays On and Tick Off a Taste.

A listener has submitted their own piece of Pub Porn, following on from a short-lived feature John did when covering Ricky Wilson's Sunday show a few weeks ago.
A listener has come up with a design for a PCD pin badge that would help fellow PCDs identify each other in public. (The design - a pint glass with headphones on and 'PCD' written vertically down it - is eventually sold on the official merch website, with proceeds going to charity MIND.)

Conversations and riffs
Elis is back from Euro 2016. Since he was last in the studio with John, Britain has voted to leave the European Union, the Prime Minister has resigned and Wales have qualified for the semi-finals of the European Championships. At last night's quarter-final, Elis was captured on live television three times, standing in the crowd. He ate a hot dog during the Welsh national anthem and took his shirt off at the end of the game. John tries to make Elis cry by playing emotional clips from last night's game and of famous Welsh historical references. Elis rarely cries at stuff like this, unlike "leaky John". Now Elis is hungover and has to go to a wedding later.
